A 90 minute treatment allows time for a whole body massage with enough time to spend on the areas that needs little bit extra. A remedial massage will involve a variety of techniques, targeting specific muscle groups. Some techniques include trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, Myofascial release and muscle stripping.

When genuine reasons stop you from attending a booked appointment we aim to reschedule to the next suitable time at no additional cost to you. <br><br>We reserve the the right to decline treatment if you arrive 15 minutes (or later) after the start time of your appointment. After 15 minutes of no arrival and no contact we assume you will not attend your treatment and your booking deposit will be kept as no show fee.
